Your order – Shipping information

Packages are dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped from our international logistic centre by normal air mail (8 to 14 working days depending on your location) or Express (2 to 4 working days depending on your location) with parcel tracking.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect every order.

Envelopes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
